What
Vermont has in abundance are lovely farm settings and historic houses. Many of these are
established Bed & Breakfasts and Inns that each offer a unique setting. If you have
never stayed in a "B&B", you will be delighted by the warmth and hospitality
that a cozy home atmosphere can provide. |

Located
just off of Route 9 in Wilmington is Lake Ropunda, a favored canoeing spot for locals in
summer. Equally beautiful is the lake in winter, which is nearby to cross country skiing. |

| Marlboro is the home of Hogback
Mountain. A 100 mile view is worth spending a few minutes or hours in the lovely area of
the Mount Snow Valley. Two museums and a fine restaurant complete the tour. |

Vermont has its
share of fine dining and cafes spread throughout the small state. The locals will tell you
the favored haunts, but most places are so individual that the company and quaint
surroundings are the most important part of your dining experience. |
