Deerfield Church The Colonial architecture along the mile long street is testimony to the conviction of the first inhabitants to thrive and prosper. A walking tour teaches about colonial architecture and 15 houses host interior tours with historic artifacts, decor and seasonal demonstrations. In winter, weekend chamber music concerts take place in the Federated Church.
The simplicity of Old Deerfield makes this a favored destination. Much of the architecture is original to the town, although some structures were moved here from surrounding areas to protect and restore them.

Deerfield Inn Built in 1884 as an inn, the Deerfield Inn thrives today with 23 full-service guest rooms, 2 dining rooms, and an outdoor cafe. Carriage rides in summer and sleigh rides in winter add to the classic New England atmosphere.
There are many year-round attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Nearby are a maple sugar house, old-fashioned candy shoppe, museums, working farms, a country store and three private schools including the prestigious Deerfield Academy.
