The heart of Mystic Places is the area known as Mystic. Just off Interstate 95 at exit 90, visitors will find everything from restaurants and hotels to shopping outlets and renowned attractions.
		Visitors can take cruises along the Mystic River and out on Long Island Sound.
		Less than one mile down the road is another famous Mystic Places attraction, Mystic Seaport - The Museum of America and the Sea.
		Mystic Aquarium features over 6500 undersea creatures including Beluga whales, dolphins, sea lions, penguins and much more! The Aquarium is also sporting two new exhibits as part of it's recent $52 million dollar expansion; Challenge of the Deep and the outdoor Alaskan Coast Exhibit.
		Olde Mistick Village, home to more than 60 shops and restaurants, comes to life in the spring with many different blooms and festivities featuring clowns, magicians, and live musical entertainment. At Christmas time, the village twinkles with more than 300,000 luminaries.
		In historic downtown Mystic, visitors can stay in many of the beautiful accommodations. They can shop or browse through a main street of galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and stores. One of the oldest working drawbridges in New England provides a good reason to stroll.
