The Common Rooms
include 2 parlors, the taproom to relax and listen to music, antique stoneware throughout,
a dining room, a full kitchen for use by guests and the aroma of freshly baked bread.
Guests are served
sumptuous, home-cooked breakfasts on the 18th century, Connecticut harvest table in the
spacious, elegant Old Tavern Farm dinning room. The Eli Terry pillar-and-scroll shelf
clock and cherry, tall-case clock in the background help create atmosphere while keeping
diners informed of the hour and half-hour during friendly morning conversation.
