11. Cancellation and Termination

Client Responsibilities

13.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that the renovation area is free from personal belongings and furniture before the project start date.

13.2 Clients are advised to communicate any specific preferences or changes promptly to avoid misunderstandings during the project.

14. Emergency Situations

14.1 In the event of unexpected emergencies or discoveries during the renovation process, clients will be promptly informed, and mutually agreed-upon solutions will be sought.

15. Maintenance and Warranty

15.1 Our company provides a warranty for a specified period post-completion. Clients should follow recommended maintenance guidelines to uphold the warranty.
